Service Designer

_

Hi, I'm Jaime Quirarte — a Service Designer with 12+ years translating complex, regulated systems into clear journeys and blueprints teams can build against, across State Farm, LinkedIn, PG&E, and Google Cloud.

How I work

I turn ambiguity into a blueprint everyone can build against.

I map how people, systems, and teams actually move, then turn that into journeys, blueprints, and frameworks that align stakeholders who don't naturally agree. Most recently, that meant leading service design at State Farm's innovation unit, building toolkits that other teams have since made their own.

Thoughtful

Persistent

Collaborative

I bring teams together across disciplines, ensuring we move forward with clarity and purpose. By leading with thoughtfulness and ingenuity, I turn complex challenges into impactful solutions.
