How I work

I start where the friction is. Research, observation, the questions nobody’s asked yet. Then I translate what I find into journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that move stakeholders from unclear to aligned. I own the experience end-to-end and work fluidly across tools, including AI-assisted research and prototyping, to get there faster without losing the thread.
